Why Choose us

Comprehensive Supported Living Options

We provide flexible, person-centred supported living across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. Our services are tailored for people with forensic mental health conditions, physical disabilities, acquired brain injury (ABI) and associated needs

What we offer

* Support packages from a few hours a day to full 24/7 specialist care
* Practical help with daily living: independent living skills, shopping, c ooking and personal care
* Support to access community resources, education, work and social activities

How we work

We partner with local authority commissioners, health and social care professionals, and accommodation providers. Our goal is to help people maintain their own tenancy and live as independently as possible—while knowing they can rely on the right level of care when they need it.

Personalised support

Just as in our residential homes, every plan is highly personalised and structured around each person’s needs, strengths, preferences and goals

Where we operate
